I’ve tried everything to get it go green I cannot get this server running. I had an old rat server update me it and I’m lost any help would be great

Make sure you update to the latest BCM if you are using RAT 2.x and 7d2d A17.

GOT IT WORKING NOQ MY OTHER PLAYERS CANT CONECT TO IT SAYS SERVER TIMED OUT
Make sure that the setting "ServerDisabledNetworkProtocols" in your serverconfig.xml file is set to ""
That's usually the problem with that. Other than that, make sure that you don't have any "special" characters in the "Game Name" field.
