I'm doing this now, so I figured I'd post the information for anyone else.

First, assuming you don't have or want to install from a CDROM(I don't have a CD Drive in my PC), or you want to install using USB (what I am doing). You'll need to create an image of windows to install from.

    Download this tool: Windows 10

Follow the steps when you run it (it is easy and makes sense).

Yeah its a easy and nice tool from MS.

What i also can recommend is the tool called RUFUS Download

Its just a little program (there is also a portable version so you donbt have to install it) to create bootable USB sticks with almost every ISO file.

Windows 10 also has a built in "Reset" similiar to tablets. you can press the Win Key + S and search "reset" or you can follow this guide.
How to Reset Your Windows 10 PC
When you reset windows 10 it will remove all programs and be back to a fresh install.
